Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing customerservice@romalite.com and providing a time-stamped photo of the product and packaging upon arrival. We will work with you to make things right. Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than a defective or damaged item. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
